At Moe’s, we all work together. Everyone from the General Manager down, we all work on the service line where you get to interact with the guests as they go down the line ordering their food. -Competitive Pay – We are paying $10 - $12 an hour (depending on your experience) Plus Tips - Average $2-$3 extra per hour in tips which can put your pay rate up in the $12-$15 an hour range.
-TIPS! – Everyone receives $2 - $3 an hour in tips (depending on how busy we are and how well we take care of our guests). Add the minimum amount to your starting wage and you have a very strong pay rate of roughly $12 – $15 an hour!
