Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled team members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a people person and will have a passion for cooking and the ability to prepare high-quality grilled dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items on the grill, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill area, including equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating a cash register and processing payments.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items when appropriate.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking food supplies and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on grilling equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Qualifications .

• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
