Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim components accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Install doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, and custom millwork.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and adjust installations to achieve the best fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with other carpenters, contractors, and project managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter or in a similar role. Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and assembling woodwork.
• Familiarity with carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Knowledge of different wood types and their applications (preferred).
• Basic understanding of finishing techniques (staining, painting, sealing) (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and work on ladders or in confined spaces. The strength to handle heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs frequently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
