Moeller Aerospace has an open position for Calibration Technician on our 1st shift. The position requires an organized individual to work in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications required. Responsible for the daily operation of the assigned calibration area to provide timely and accurate service to its internal customers and service providers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform calibrations on measurement equipment
- Identify and utilize appropriate calibration standards and procedures
- Prepare gages for job setups
- Maintain calibration standards and associated support equipment
- Perform laboratory and/or departmental housekeeping
Requirements:
- Experience in quality control techniques and measuring equipment in a machining environment
- GD&T knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret customer drawings
- Must be proficient with inspection tools, measuring techniques and equipment, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.
- Have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment
- Certificate in mechanical/dimensional metrology or other comparable certification in metrology techniques is a plus
