- Takes action to correct unsafe acts, systems and procedures
- Facilitate material movement in the department or throughout the plant
- Disassembles, sorts, repairs, and salvages parts as necessary
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and other duties as assigned.
- Actively participate in continuous-improvement teams in the area.

Actively participate on 5S team and complete 5S duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum Qualifications
-
Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Current Production Operator II Associates who select this role will be exempt from this requirement

No write-ups as outlined in the Job Opportunity policy
- No disciplinary write-ups in the last 6 months
- Have less than two (2) incidents under the attendance policy
- Have not been awarded a job bid in the previous 12 months, excluding promotions
- Must be able to pass applicable assessments
- Must be available to work overtime including weekends
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 45 pounds
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English
- Basic Math skills - ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Dexterity is critical for this role. Associates will utilize their fine motor skills to work with small parts in order complete certain task.
- Able to perform tasks with little to no direction
- Preference will be given to Production Operator II associates who are currently in the Focus Factory.
