Job Description
The Tabor Hill Event Service Staff is responsible for providing exceptional service at weddings, special events, and catering functions. This position requires experience in bartending, hosting, and fine dining service in an upscale environment. Previous fine dining or wine service knowledge is ideal but not required; however, you must have some serving experience and be 18 years or older.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service to guests at weddings, special events, and catering functions
- Prepare and serve beverages as a bartender
- Greet and seat guests as a host/hostess
- Serve food, carry trays large and small and clear/clean guest tables
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event service, bartending, hosting, and fine dining
- Knowledge of upscale service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
- Ability to list up to 25 pounds.
