Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C. is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced paralegal with at least 5 years of experience working in a law office setting who has a demonstrated interest in working in a fast-paced law firm environment and team-oriented culture.
The paralegal will perform administrative office tasks and assist attorneys with legal work in the preparation of legal documents and client correspondence.
Administrative tasks will include answering phones, greeting guests, monitoring mail, managing office supplies, making photocopies, and scheduling appointments.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with ability to adapt to other software programs

- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks or projects
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively on a daily basis
- The ability to receive constructive feedback, be flexible to learn new things, and implement changes to improve productivity and produce excellent work product
A paralegal degree or certificate is strongly preferred.

- Estate Planning

- Trust Administration
- Tax
- Guardianships
- Elder Law

- 8:00AM-4:00PM Monday through Friday
