Summary
Position Highlights :
The Assistant General Counsel II will provide legal advice and counsel to Moffitt management and staff regarding biomedical focused research, intellectual property, grants, ethics and regulatory compliance, and related contracting. The Assistant General Counsel II will manage assigned area(s) of responsibility within the General Counsel department. In this capacity, this position will be responsible for the direct supervision of legal work performed within their assigned area(s), which may include both internal and external resources. The Assistant General Counsel II will plan for and allocate resources to protect Moffitt's legal interest and maintain its operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
