Manages the invoice process from vendor setup, through purchase order, to invoicing. Works independently to resolve issues and escalate when appropriate. Maintains division policies, files, and contracts.

Responsible for procurement of goods and services. Collaborates with Accounting and Purchasing with cost analysis plans. Manages the invoice process from vendor setup, through purchase order, to invoicing. Works independently to resolve issues and escalate when appropriate. Maintains division policies, files, and contracts.
Job Duties
- Independently resolves problems/conflicts in a manner requiring considerable knowledge of policies, procedures, and operations within functional areas of responsibility.
- Recommends solutions, initiates actions, and follow-up.
- Assist Contractors with Purchase Orders, Invoices and Reptrax badging along with Moffitt's Policies and Procedures. Represent management to resolve pending issues or problems with outside vendors or with individuals/departments within Cancer Center. Functions as contractor liaison promoting a business partner relationship between Contractors, Vendors, and all Moffitt staff.
- Processes, tracks and monitors part and equipment orders, service contracts, contractor pay applications, owner direct purchases, agreements, licenses, and fees.
- Creates draw downs and ensures payments are withdrawn from correct purchase orders and accounts.
- Track spending for financial analysis. Identifies opportunities for cost savings through changes in products and services.
- Works closely with Accounting and Purchasing to resolve issues and organize cost analysis data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports, and presentations.
- Monitor/resolve monthly accounting reports for department to include purchase orders, check request and deposits to ensure proper crediting/debiting.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience directly involving business administration experience within a healthcare facility or other business operation.
- Associates degree and three (3) years’ experience directly involving business administration experience within a healthcare facility or other business operation.
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) years’ experience directly involving business administration experience within a healthcare facility or other business operation.
- Demonstrates computer skills required for word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of general business machines, proper telephone etiquette and ability to interact with staff members and management.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently without supervision.
