Our client is a 501(c)(3) school dedicated to providing individualized, research-based education and behavioral support to children with autism spectrum and related disorders. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead intake procedures for new clients and families, ensuring a thorough understanding of each case.
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop customized clinical programs tailored to individuals with autism and related disorders.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the highest standard of care.
Develop, monitor, and refine individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align clinical strategies for each client.
Lead the design and implementation of functional behavior assessments and interventions.
Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data to track progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
Lead staff training to ensure successful implementation and adherence to best practices
Provide parent and caregiver training to foster a supportive home environment.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
This is not a remote position - this is an on-site position. Office hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 am – 3:30 pm (40 hours per week).
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Manage Intake for incoming families/clients
- Design and implement behavioral assessments
- Develop and implement clinical programs for individuals with autism
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Design and implement functional analysis procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and document data.
- Write behavior intervention plans and train staff
- Lead parent trainings
- Maintain skill acquisition and behavior reduction data
