MOGEL is hiring on behalf of a trusted client — a well-established organization that partners with national consumer brands to manage rebate and promotional programs. Their services help streamline compliance, manage promotions, and process high volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy.
We're looking for a detail-driven, process-oriented Promo Redemptions Specialist to support this client’s operations team in their Mesa, AZ office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative team setting and enjoys working with financial data, systems, and process management.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll process Scan Back promotions, IRCs (Instant Redeemable Coupons), Mail-In Rebates (MIRs), and QR Rebates. You'll communicate with clients, ensure documentation is accurate and complete, and support overall financial processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Scan Back promotion invoices using internal systems
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation, claims, and reconciliation
- Support processing of IRCs, MIRs, and QR Rebates
- Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and task coverage
- Contribute to overall office operations with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLookups, Macros etc.)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software and experience in AR/AP is a plus
- Strong focus on accuracy, organization, and follow-through in day-to-day tasks
- A collaborative, communicative team player who works well across departments
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistency under structured workflows
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn internal systems and tools
- Ability to pass a background check, as the role involves handling sensitive financial data

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mesa, Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
