Roles And Responsibilities -
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain multi-vendor General X-ray, Rad Rooms, C-arm, and other imaging equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and system verifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Maintain accurate service records in compliance with company quality standards.
- Assess, calibrate, and manage test equipment used for diagnostics and maintenance.
- Submit field service reports promptly and communicate updates to the account manager.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and management of company assets.
- Travel frequently within a 4-hour radius, with occasional overnight stays and flights as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing General X-ray, R&F, C-arm, and portable imaging systems.
- Formal training from an OEM or accredited third-party organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various customer sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000 with 10-30% overtime pay.
