- We are seeking a CMM Programmer & Quality Inspector to ensure the highest precision in our machined products. In this role, you will program and operate Zeiss CMM equipment to conduct dimensional inspections, verify quality, and ensure compliance with AS9100 aerospace standards.
- CMM Programming & Inspection
- Program and operate Zeiss CMM for accurate dimensional measurements.
- Approve or reject machined parts based on strict quality standards.
- Quality Control & Precision Measurement
- Conduct detailed inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools.
- Verify components against engineering blueprints and technical specifications.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
- Log findings and quality assessments into the system.
- Blueprint & Standard Compliance
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and AS9100 requirements.
- Ensure machined components meet required tolerances and industry standards.
- 5 years of experience in quality control for machined parts.
- Expertise in Zeiss CMM programming & operation.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace Standards.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
