- A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a motivated and experienced Director - Client Partner to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of IT software products and services. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and expanding account growth in the Manufacturing domain.
- Drive sales growth and margin expansion for existing clients in and around Charlotte, NC, USA.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead business development efforts across IT software products and services, including Warranty Management, Manufacturing Analytics, IoT, and Salesforce.
- Manage end-to-end account growth by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Must be from the Manufacturing domain (70% of total experience should be in this industry).
- 3 years of experience in Warranty Management.
- 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Analytics, IoT, and Salesforce.
- Proven experience in selling IT software products (IT software only).
- Strong job stability (minimum 3 years tenure in each project).
- Citizenship/Visa Status: Open to US Citizens (USC) and Green Card holders (GC) only.
