Roles And Responsibilities -
- Oversee patient safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Analyze safety incidents, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and execute strategies to foster a culture of safety across the organization.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement patient safety programs.
- Provide education and training on safety practices and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Serve as a resource for patient safety-related inquiries and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) certification at the time of hire.
- At least 2 years of experience in patient safety roles.
- 5-7 years of total professional experience in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address safety concerns.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
