Responsibilities
- Generate assembly, weldment, and component detail drawings based on the master model layout.
- Perform mathematical calculations to verify dimensions and conversions.
- Manage assigned projects, including adhering to budgeted hours and timelines.
- Load BOMs and drawings into SAP for replacement parts orders.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues related to project assignments, including verifying engineering rework and confirming drawing changes.
- Experience performing mechanical engineering drafting and design work in Inventor or SolidWorks (ACAD is a plus).
- Machinery design experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of sheet metal and welding practices.
- Minimum of three (3) years of mechanical and/or engineering drafting experience.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in an engineering-related field (e.g., Computer-Aided Design and Drafting, Architectural Design).
- Must be able to work onsite in Flower Mound, Texas (near Dallas).
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Excellent salary: $73,000 - $78,000 annually.
