This role involves creating baseline schedules, overseeing updates, and working closely with project teams and trade partners to identify improvements and resolve issues. Experience with Primavera P6 and vertical construction is required.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules and baseline plans.
- Analyze and monitor design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
- Generate status updates, forecasts, and project reports.
- Evaluate and critique vendor/subcontractor schedules and updates.
- Recommend workarounds to mitigate delays and ensure project alignment.
- Collaborate with project managers to address scheduling issues and optimize workflows.
- 7–10 years of industrial/commercial construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with $20M vertical construction projects (e.g., mid-rise, high-rise, data centers).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP cost management tools.
- Strong scheduling and 3D modeling skills.
- Experience with progress measurement and schedule logistics.
- Proven track record in large-scale vertical construction projects.
- Expertise in scheduling and project planning tools.
- Ability to adapt and optimize schedules to meet project demands.
