DAY TO DAY AS A TRIMMER
As a Full-Time Trimmer at Mohave Cannabis Co., you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include carefully trimming and manicuring cannabis plants to ensure high-quality products. Attention to detail is essential as you'll be focused on achieving precision in trimming while maintaining the integrity of the buds.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To thrive as a Full-Time Trimmer at Mohave Cannabis Co., you will need a keen eye for detail and precision in your trimming techniques. Familiarity with basic agricultural tools and equipment will be beneficial, as you will be responsible for weighing, trimming, and removing buds from plant stems. Strong time management skills are essential, as meeting daily and monthly production quotas will be a key aspect of your role. You should also be adaptable and willing to work a flexible schedule, as the demands of the cannabis industry can vary.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- No experience needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Facility Agent Card through the State.
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Exposure to environmental particles such as pollen and plant pathogens, fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations water, dry salts, allergens, dust, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
