1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain data reports and dashboards.
2. Database Querying & Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
3. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with departments to identify data needs.
4. Automation & Scripting: Design and implement scripts to streamline data processing and reporting, enhancing overall efficiency.
5. Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across supporting platforms while adhering to compliance standards.
6. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues effectively.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry best practices, technology, and reporting strategies.

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages.
• Data Visualization Expertise: Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Argos, Insights, Tableau, Microsoft BI, or similar platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: with the ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with users, management, and co-workers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
