- Data Analysis & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain data reports and dashboards.
- Database Querying & Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with departments to identify data needs.

Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages.
- Data Visualization Expertise: Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Argos, Insights, Tableau, Microsoft BI, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: with the ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with users, management, and co-workers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analytical Thinking -Uses resourcefulness to tap as-yet-unknown sources. Integrates and analyzes all relevant data and information and reduces that information down to manageable components and/or charts, diagrams, or graphs.
