- Perform other duties as assigned to support the program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Classroom experience or current college coursework in education or child development required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and collaborate with a team.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
