The Facility Grounds Worker series offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to get to know all of Mohave County Parks
- Minimum three (3) years successful experience in the general maintenance/construction area with possible focus on a specialty area such as facility’s grounds keeping, and/or parks maintenance
- Or when filled from outside, at least five (5) years increasingly responsible experience as a Facility/Grounds Worker or related field involving the maintaining, constructing, repairing, and modifying facilities and buildings with a focus on a specialty area such as Locksmith; Grounds keeping
- Five (5) or more years progressively responsible experience in the general maintenance/construction area or related field involving the maintaining, constructing, repairing, and modifying facilities and buildings or progressively responsible experience as a Facility Grounds Worker
- Three (3) years successful experience in the performance of journey or advanced journey level duties and responsibilities associated with the area assigned or when filled from the outside, three (3) or more years’ experience in an assigned area performing applicable journey or advanced journey level work.
- OR an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered in meeting the minimum qualifications.

Las Vegas is only 90 minutes from Kingman with a bypass to tour the historic Hoover Dam.
