The ideal candidate will take initiative, be comfortable answering lots of calls and using a computer and cell phone, and take pride in the cleanliness of the property.

OFFICE / PHONE / COMPUTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Daily Responsibilities will Include:
- Using multiple Point-of-Sales Software and Task Management Platforms on Computers / Smart Phone.
- Booking new Storage Tenants Remotely by Phone.
- Following up with new Online Storage Rentals.
- Up-selling Tenant Protection Plans.
- Tracking and Notating Storage/ UHAUL Customer Accounts (35 WPM)
- Processing Payments using computer and cloud-based POS software
- Collections Calls, processing Auctions, Overlocking storage units.
- Updating Google-Drive Spreadsheets Multiple times Daily.
- Daily Cleaning/Set Up of Front Office, Entrance, Porch, and Parking Areas
- Filing Incident Reports, Office Organization.
- Post Office Runs, Supply Runs, placing Online Orders.
- Walking the Storage Property to check for customer activity, and checking your Units and the facility are Customer Ready (pick up trash, pull weeds, sweep out units... add curb appeal to gain new business! Up to 50% of shift)
- Bending, stooping, and lifting 50 lbs unassisted.
- Phone Support or Meeting with Customers to trouble-shoot their Units/ Latches/ Gates/ Billing /Online Accounts.
- Requesting and obtaining Online Reviews from satisfied customers, weekly.
- Ability to seek solutions and find answers using the internet, Employee Handbook, our software, and your teammates!
- Other tasks as needed (discussed in interview).
Requirements:
- Minimum Availability of 9am to 2pm, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Smart Phone Literate, ability to Group Text, send/receive photos.
- Able to Type and make accurate notes in English while multitasking.
- Enjoy working with the public and serving our customers.
- Phone / Sales Experience.
- Able to lift 50 lbs (physically fit)
- Able to work outside; Up to 50% of every shift may be outside.
- Able to multi-task and follow directions; Ask lots of questions!
- Very Customer Service Focused. Be happy to help!
- Communicate in English (multilingual encouraged to apply)
- Have Reliable Transportation. Punctuality and Dedication is rewarded.
- Be Computer Savvy (35 WPM)
- Own a Camera Smart Phone (you will be texting updates to the Corporate Office Team).
- Be Very Comfortable on the Phone (making/taking calls is the bread-and-butter of this company).
- Be a TEAM player.
Starting Pay: $12.00 (DOE)
