What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide remote and onsite technical support to our clients, working on a wide range of technologies including modern cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools, and advanced networking gear. This is a client-facing role — excellent communication, empathy, and a solutions-driven attitude are key.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving user issues (Windows/Mac workstations, Microsoft 365, remote access, VoIP, email, printers, etc.)
- Supporting Microsoft 365 cloud environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Managing user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Entra ID
- Supporting and deploying security tools (EDR, MFA, firewall policies)
- Working with RMM/PSA tools to manage tickets, patching, and endpoint alerts
- Supporting onsite hardware installs, networking gear, and office moves
- Documenting procedures and sharing knowledge with your team
- Identifying opportunities to improve client environments and recommending best practices
You should be comfortable managing smaller client projects (e.g., workstation deployments, network upgrades, basic onboarding/offboarding processes) and demonstrate the initiative and aptitude to grow into more complex initiatives, such as:
- Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Server Upgrades and Migrations
- Managed Security Platforms
- Cloud infrastructure projects (e.g., Azure AD deployments, Intune rollouts)
- Firewall upgrades and full-site network redesigns
- Backup and disaster recovery implementations
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to own tasks from start to finish and is excited to grow into a lead role on larger projects with mentorship and training support from senior team members.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of professional IT support experience (MSP experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and modern Office apps
- Strong working knowledge of networking: firewalls (policy-based GUI), vLANs, VPNs, DNS/DHCP
- Experience with RMM/PSA platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Atera, NinjaOne)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and/or Entra ID
- Understanding of modern cybersecurity tools and principles (EDR, MFA, phishing protection, backups)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional demeanor
- A collaborative, can-do attitude — you enjoy learning and working on a team
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for travel)

Important Note:
This is NOT a remote position. Candidates must be able to report to our Maple Shade, NJ office and travel to client sites in the region.
