What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration Executive position at Mohawk Valley Association of Realtors?
The Association Executive oversees the day to day operations of the Mohawk Valley Association of Realtors and Mid NY Regional MLS. In addition this person is responsible for staff administration and development, purchasing, budget preparation assistance and membership support. Also responsible for Professional Standards administration as directed by the National Association or REALTORS
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to multitask
- Ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel and represent the Association at local, state and national events
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years related work experience
- Experience in operational management
- Real Estate Brokerage or Salespersons license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
