MVCC is seeking to fill a full-time, ten-month Instructor position in our School of Health Sciences. The Instructor will teach in a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT), Associate degree radiologic technology program. Teaching responsibilities includes lecture, lab and clinical assignments offered on the Utica campus with travel to off-campus clinical sites. Additionally, the position includes student advisement and committee responsibilities as well as curriculum development and program assessment activities. Successful candidate will act as the program coordinator and be proficient in curriculum design, evaluation, instruction, program administration, and academic advising.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master's degree
- Three (3) years' clinical experience in the professional discipline
- Two (2) years' experience as an instructor in a JCERT accredited program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologies (AART) certification and registration, or equivalent in radiation therapy
