Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-starting Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for economic development and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement economic development programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with local businesses, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Conduct economic planning and analysis to support regional growth.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support development projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to businesses in the region.
Salary:
$48,000-$60,000 - Salary is negotiable depending on experience level and familiarity with economic development and planning.
This position does encourage candidates to be in the office, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in economic development, planning, or a related field is a plus.
