Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs to meet the needs of nursing staff and students.
- Assess the practice of nursing staff and students in assigned areas and develop plans to improve practice.
- Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to assess educational needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide individualized instruction and coaching to nursing staff and students.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- A valid and unrestricted registered nursing license in New York State.
