Job Summary
A Registered Nurse at MVHS promotes patient health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and providing support to patients, visitors, and families.
Registered Nurses have various shift opportunities, including days, nights, and weekends, in full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, promoting, and evaluating quality patient care
- Providing teaching to patients, families, and the public

Education/Experience Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited associate degree program
- Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program or higher degree
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Licensure/Certification Requirements
- Current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Preferred:
- Basic Life Support Certification
