Description of the role:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for the kitchen and dining areas of the Mohican Lodge. They will be responsible for washing dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots along with other general cleaning duties.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots using proper sanitation procedures
- Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored in appropriate areas
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers regularly
- Perform general cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
