Description of the role:
We are currently seeking Room Attendants to join our team at Mohican Lodge in Perrysville, Ohio. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests
- Adhere to the company's safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
