Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in conflict management and surveillance techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in the use of surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be physically fit to perform duties that may require standing for long periods or responding quickly to incidents.
