Summary : The Direct Marketing Coordinator and play a pivotal role in executing direct mail, email, and tier communication programs. Reporting to the Database Marketing Manager within the Gaming Division, you'll ensure accuracy and timeliness in all direct marketing initiatives while maintaining superior customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Program direct mail offers in the campaign management system promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate implementation of database marketing initiatives including direct mail, email, and app communications.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries regarding direct mail offers.
- Maintain detailed records and produce monthly reports for direct marketing campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of guest database records.
- Collaborate with marketing management to determine optimal setup for direct mail projects.
- Assist in writing coupon copy and implementing tracking codes for offers.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations always.
