Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to join our Accounting team. The ideal intern should be prepared to work in afast-paced collaborative environment and will finish the internship with a well-rounded knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Real Estate.
The Internship program begins June 2025 and ends on August 2025.

Essential Functions
- Highly energetic with ability to work independently and with minimal direction
- Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key stakeholders
- Assist the Accounting team in reconciling monthly GL accounts
- Help with managing accounts payable and rents process
- Assist in preparing journal entries and financial reports for the Accounting team
- Assist in looking at critical lease and commission agreements on our software system
- Invoicing and managing real estate transactions in Realcore
- Preparation for 2025 audit
- Realcore organization and cleanup
- Knowledge of Real Estate, preferably commercial real estate, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
