Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to join our Lease Administration team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment while managing the full scope of administrative services for our clients.
The Internship program begins June 2025 and ends on August 2025.

Essential Functions
- Quality control legal documents and desktop audits
- Quality control one-time payments/month rent payment batches
- Reconcile the monthly renal statements for clients
- Open and sort lease administration mail and send to team for processing
- Manage tickets in Iworks
- Tracking security deposit returns for certain clients and help maintain straight line rent reports
- Create/write and edit case studies, proposals, real estate reports and process manuals
- Work on projects for multiple clients
- Attend weekly real estate meetings
- Global lease services website maintenance
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Real Estate, preferably commercial real estate, preferred
