Senior Transaction Manager
Location: Dallas, TX | Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Transaction Manager to join our dynamic Dallas team, serving our national corporate clients. In this role, you will oversee lease transactions, site acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions while ensuring seamless coordination between clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee real estate transaction activities, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
- Coordinate and direct field brokers to drive successful outcomes.
- Negotiate lease terms, acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions in alignment with client goals.
- Utilize real estate technologies and software to track and report on projects.
- Ensure compliance with client policies and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, financial reports, and strategic plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-level service and expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize transaction strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5 years in transaction management, lease administration, property management, or real estate sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Licenses & Skills:
- Active Real Estate Salesperson/Broker’s License (Required).
- Strong financial analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CoStar.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Physical Requirements
- Involves work of a general office nature.
- Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operating a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating a copier/fax/scanner.
- Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.
- Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
- Ability to read and comprehend information and ideas presented orally and in writing.
