Your Impact
- Master of Scheduling – Coordinate and manage client appointments to ensure timely support.
- First Point of Contact – Screen referrals, assist callers, and provide helpful information with patience and professionalism.
- Detail-Oriented Organizer – Maintain precise client records in our databases and scheduling systems.
- Communication Champion – Prepare and distribute client correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Team Supporter – Assist program staff with documentation, inquiries, and general administrative tasks.
- Tech-Savvy Contributor – Use Microsoft Office, database systems, and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
- Crisis-Ready Assistant – Support emergency or disaster response efforts when needed.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience – Associate degree or high school diploma with at least two years of administrative experience (human services experience is a plus!).
- Exceptional Communicator – Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to assist individuals who may be frustrated or confused.
- Tech-Savvy & Efficient – Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), internet navigation, and data entry.
- Fast & Accurate – Typing speed of 35 words per minute, with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Team-Oriented & Independent – Ability to take initiative, work collaboratively, and multitask effectively.
- Empathetic & Professional – Comfortable interacting with older adults and managing multiple phone lines with care and efficiency.
Work Environment
This position is office-based, with a mix of computer work, client interactions, and occasional movement around the workspace. Flexibility may be needed during high-demand periods or emergencies.
