About the Opportunity
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client—a rapidly growing, collaborative financial advisory firm specializing in financial planning, 401(k) plans, IRA accounts, and rollovers. Position Summary
The Client Services Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service and operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about finance, and eager to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction :
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly service.
Account Management :
Oversee account setups, ongoing maintenance, and compliance tasks in collaboration with the Broker-Dealer.
Operational Support :
Manage document workflows, maintain accurate records, and update the CRM system (experience with Redtail CRM is a plus).
Assist with project coordination and workflow management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Issue Resolution :
Address and resolve client issues related to account maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, and new business processing.
Guide clients on accessing and managing their accounts online for a seamless experience.
Data Integrity :
Maintain precise, confidential client records, ensuring data security at all times.
Key Requirements
Experience & Education :
A minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in client service and 2 years in financial services (insurance experience is preferred).
BA / BS degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Skills :
Proficiency in CRM platforms (experience with Redtail CRM is a plus).
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently under deadlines.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days per week) with no remote work.
