About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage work orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely and efficient field operations.
- Communicate work order details and updates to field supervisors and technicians.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and courteous interactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints through coordination with internal teams.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, including document review and compliance checks.
- Assist in preparing estimates and proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must have substantial experience in commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume calls and resolve customer issues.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience or training in plumbing or construction is desirable.
