What We Need :
We are in search of Construction Project Executives who are not only leaders but pioneers in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of our projects, ensuring each one is executed flawlessly from conception through to completion.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Financial Oversight : Manage the financial health of projects, ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilization.
Project Oversight : Lead projects ensuring on-time delivery, quality, compliance, and safety. Manage risk and oversee all project phases, adapting to challenges and aligning with business goals.
Team Leadership : Direct and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and excellence.
Key Skills
In-depth understanding of commercial construction processes, planning, and execution.
Expertise in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage.
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team and project management.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical approach.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and leading diverse teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10 plus years of experience in project management within the building and construction industry.
3 plus years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Senior PM.
LEED AP certification is preferred but not required.
