We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide strategic financial insights and lead forecasting and financial planning activities. The role will support senior leadership in driving business performance, improving financial transparency, and ensuring compliance with government pricing regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in FP&A, experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and expertise in creating insightful business analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and enhancement of integrated financial forecasting models, partnering with business leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
- Provide financial counsel and support to leadership, aligning business strategy with financial goals and KPIs.
- Oversee government pricing compliance, ensuring accurate reporting of AMP, ASP, BP, and other key metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, processes, and tools, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Manage and develop the FP&A team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
