Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team at Mohr Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Manage daily interactions with employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Administer various HR programs, including FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientations.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by conducting phone interviews.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of NJ labor laws.
- Experience in employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Potential to lead and manage a team in the future.
