We're looking for a Financial Analyst – FP&A to become a key player on our growing team in Eddystone, PA. As part of our FP&A team, you'll help build and maintain financial models, deliver accurate forecasts, and support high-impact decisions that drive operational excellence and business success.
What You’ll Do:
- Build sophisticated financial models from scratch using Excel to support forecasting and planning efforts
- Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and dashboards
- Partner cross-functionally with accounting, tech, and leadership to align financial strategies
- Analyze trends, track operational metrics, and perform detailed variance analyses
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers
What You Bring:
- Advanced Excel skills (INDEX, MATCH, custom templates, etc.)
- Proven experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and operational metrics
- Great business acumen with excellent communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and laser-sharp attention to detail
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard creation
- Background in business intelligence, accounting principles, or analytics platforms
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A or financial analysis
