Human Resources Manager

The following responsibilities are core to this role:
- Develop and maintain effective day-to-day relationships with employees, comprising approximately 70-90 staff members.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage employee leave, workers' compensation, and other critical HR programs to support employees' well-being and ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct thorough onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientation processes to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to conduct phone interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Stay up-to-date on New Jersey's labor laws and regulations, ensuring our organization remains compliant and adheres to industry standards.
To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in New Jersey labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, payroll management, benefits administration, and related areas.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership potential to build and manage a high-performing team in the future, driving business growth and success.
