HR Manager / Senior HR Associate – Specialty Products Manufacturing
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Manager to join our specialty products manufacturing and distribution company with a great culture.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled HR professional to either lead or significantly contribute to our human resources operations. This role provides a pathway to leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Oversee HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
- Manage a comprehensive HR program, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Lead payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive workplace environment and enhance employee retention through various initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage employee relations issues, mediate disputes, and provide guidance.
Requirements:
- 5 years of HR experience for Senior HR Associates; 5 years for HR Manager candidates, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in payroll management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
