- 6 years -in commercial leasing, real estate, or property management.
- Strong experience in -lease negotiations, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Bachelor's degree in -Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of -lease laws, FMV assessments, and risk management.
