Licensed Pharmacy Technician Location : Onsite - Carmel, INPay Rate : $17 - $18 per hour About the Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of prescriptions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with pharmacy-related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities : Accurately process and verify prescription orders in compliance with state and federal regulations.Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.Conduct prescription data entry and review for accuracy.Provide outstanding customer service via phone or digital communication, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.Ensure proper documentation and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards.Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to resolve issues related to prescriptions or insurance.Follow HIPAA guidelines to safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality. Requirements : Active and unrestricted Indiana Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.Minimum of 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a remote or retail environment.Proficiency in pharmacy management software and prescription processing systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work. Preferred Qualifications : National Certification (CPhT) is highly desirable.Experience with insurance claims and prior authorizations is a plus.Familiarity with telehealth or remote pharmacy practices.
