Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Design and implement necessary fixtures and gages for the manufacturing process.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and refine CNC programs for complex components, selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget.
