Requirements:

- 5 years of progressive experience in merchandising, with a proven track record in leadership and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of visual merchandising principles, inventory management, and buying strategies.
- Proficiency in merchandising software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
