Principal Scientist – Dairy Innovation
Location : Battlefield, MO (Relocation Assistance Available)
Compensation : $100K–$120K 15% Bonus
Travel : 15–25% (1–2 times per quarter)
A leader in dairy and flavor innovation is seeking a Principal Scientist – Co-Drying & Dry Blending to drive new product development and ingredient solutions. This hands-on role is ideal for an expert in dairy flavors, cheese solutions, and seasonings, looking to shape the future of dairy-based products.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead R&D in co-drying and dry blending for dairy, seasonings, and functional ingredients.
Innovate in powder agglomeration and instantization to enhance product quality.
Drive new product development from concept to commercialization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop next-generation dairy solutions .
What You Bring :
8 years of R&D experience in food, dairy, or biological sciences.
Expertise in co-drying, dry blending, and flavor development .
Proven leadership experience (direct management or strong leadership skills).
A track record of successful product commercialization .
