Director of Strategic Partnerships
We are looking for an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to manage and grow relationships with wealth management firms and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). In this role, you’ll drive growth, ensure operational success, and work closely with firm leadership to meet business goals. If you have a background in wealth management or RIAs, and experience in senior leadership, we want to hear from you.
Location : Western U.S. (including half of Texas) – 50% travel required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build Strong Relationships : Act as the main point of contact for multiple wealth management and RIA firms. Work closely with leadership to ensure successful collaboration and communication.
- Drive Growth : Help partner firms grow by improving operations, attracting new clients, and boosting client retention to increase assets under management (AUM).
- Financial Oversight : Use your expertise to understand and analyze financial statements, including P&Ls, to guide firm performance and help them stay on track with budgets and goals.
- Firm Support : Ensure partner firms are satisfied with services and resources, addressing any concerns proactively.
- M&A & Succession Planning : Assist with firm integrations and succession planning, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success.
- Travel & Engagement : Travel up to 50% to visit firms, build relationships, and provide in-person support.
